Music is very important to my family. My husband plays the guitar. Last month his amp went kaput. I told him he could get a new one, IF he also got a guitar stand because i was tired of him yelling at the kids for almost (or sometimes, not so much with the almost) knocking it over. He’s now a proud owner of a Fender amp to go with his candy apple red Fender guitar.
My oldest daughter plays clarinet. When she’s bored, she goes up to her room and plays it. She has a phenomenal ear and from a few notes of a song can tell you the band, even if she’s never heard that particular song. In the car we are play name that tune along with the radio, even if we are just going to the store. One of the best inventions was satellite radio. I love my AltNation. My youngest plays drums. When she said she wanted to play, Hubby said, "So, we're going to have a Ringo in the family." She smiled and said, "No. I'm going to be the guy in RUSH." Someone at school gave her a drum kit. She happily bangs along to songs. |

Below are some of the albums that helped me write The Mark of Abel. If you click on the album, it will take you to that band/singer’s official website.
Yes, Duran Duran and Def Leppard are still together and putting out albums. They are hot as ever, both their music and the band members. MMMM Simon Le Bon and Joe Elliot...was I saying something? Oh yeah. Check out their current work.
